An extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of Sinai Synagogue, Leeds will take place on Sunday 1st December 2024, starting at 2.30pm promptly. The meeting will be held online only, using Zoom, and is expected to last no more than 1 hour.
An EGM is called when a request is received that has been signed by at least 20 members. Such a request was received by the Chair on 15th October 2024, asking that a meeting be held to discuss and vote on a resolution, the content of which is provided below.
Attendance at the meeting is strictly limited to members only. To attend the meeting, please register that you will be present, by entering your details at https://www.sinaileeds.uk/egm2024.
A link to the zoom meeting will be sent to you by email a few days before the meeting. You will be able to vote on the resolution during the meeting.
If you cannot attend the meeting, you can record your apologies at the same link, and if you wish, request a proxy voting form. Please let us know if you require a proxy voting form no later than Sunday 24th November. You will then be sent a proxy voting form, together with instructions on how to vote, on Monday 25th November and this must be returned before Shabbat on Friday 29th November.
