As we approach the last few days before Pesach, Simon and I, together with our amazing team of volunteers, are preparing for a very busy time.
In order to ensure we get all of the orders out as soon as possible, we will be introducing the following process from Sunday morning
- Orders will continue to be picked by a team of pickers in the hall.
- Once the order is picked, customers will receive a phone call confirming their order is ready for collection, or delivery if needed. Payment can then be made by a secure link sent out by sms or if needed by cheque.
- Those customers collecting will be asked to come to Etz Chaim within a certain time period. This is in order to minimise the amount of people coming through and waiting around. Where deliveries have been requested, these will be dispatched as soon as possible.
- We will not be able to discuss replacement products at this time, simply due to the amount of orders we need to fulfil before Yom Tov. Our goal is to have all the orders dispatched by Tuesday afternoon.
- We will then issue a list of remaining items for additional purchases to be collected on Wednesday morning and potentially Sunday morning too.
We really appreciate your patience & understanding so far. These times are truly unprecedented and proving challenging for everyone however we are working flat out to make this happen so please bear with us.
