Members will not be surprised to learn that the Sinai annual general meeting (AGM) due to be held in early May has been postponed.
The government has allowed organisations to be able to formally submit their accounts later this year as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition, the terms of office for trustees runs from one AGM to the next, so they are all also able to continue in their roles.
At this stage we can't, of course, say when the AGM will be held. As soon as we have some government guidance as to when the lockdown may end, and what gatherings are permitted, we will be able to give a firm date.
